Voici de belles retrouvailles ! Nous nous étions quitté en 2019 sur une mauvaise impression, un disque de proto punk minimaliste pondu en duo avec Cate LEBON. Ce cinquième album achevé une période d'égarement musicale pour Tim PRESLEY et son WHITE FENCE. Pourtant, à ses début, WHITE FENCE, composé du duo à la mode Ty SEGALL derrière les fûts et Tim PRESLEY à la guitare, étaient une perle revival des seventies tout en retenue. Il conjuguait le meilleur de The BYRD, Lou REED ou TY REX. C'est donc une joyeuse surprise alors que la mode est au post punk de voir apparaître un nouvel album Orange avec le duo reconstitué et les sonorités musicales des débuts retrouvés. Trop bien !
