Cela fait 44 ans que le groupe finlandais 22-PISTEPIRKKO est l'un des secrets les mieux gardés de la musique moderne. La preuve, leur dernier album, Kinds heart a have a run run, a été ignoré de nombreux radars médiatiques. Profitant de la période de stand-by du trio (cela ne signifiant pas pour autant sa fin), Asko KERÄNEN, leur bassiste-claviériste nous a réalisé une mixtape, truffée de merveilles garage, country, blues et disco, accompagnants inédits et titres rares de lui et ses amis. Grand merci et au plaisir de vous retrouver, sur scène et sur disques, les coccinelles !

Like also to make pictures, and have music projects, together with friends around.

Why these songs ?

At the moment in our Altai studio are several projects going on or have been made.
I have had a luck to participate or hang around as songs have getting their shape, like :

Good intentions (with Antero PRIHA),
Juan said (with Kati SALO),
plus two 22-PISTEPIRKKO items : live cover version of the Pills and Yes/No from Kind hearts have a run run album, duet with ESPE (aka Esa HAVERINEN, our drummer) and Finnish lady rocker Maija VILKKUMAA.

Rest are songs, bands, artists I really like and these things make a nice compilation.
